Kensington Dental Care is wheelchair friendly.

Payments:
Kensington Dental Care's policy is that full payment is required on the day of your treatment. We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also have a HICAPS facility allowing you to claim instantly through your private health insurance company.

Cancellations:
We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or otherwise a fee may be charged. Scheduled appointments are specifically reserved for you. At a busy dental practice like ours, it is unfair to other patients when they have to wait for treatment when certain patients do not attend their allocated appointments.

Cancelling appointments at the time of the appointment or attending appointments late, similarly does not allow us to contact an alternative patient waiting for treatment. We trust you will understand this inconvenience.
